FINE ART PRINT DETAILS

Fine Art Prints are high-quality digital reproductions of original acrylic paintings by artist Andrea Howey. They are printed on luxurious heavyweight 110# felt archival paper, giving your art the perfect subtle texture and matte finish that looks as striking as the original art.

5x7, 8x10, 11x14, and 16x20 unframed art prints are shipped flat in a heavyweight flat mailer

5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 Fine Art Prints come ready to frame with a pre-affixed beveled edge white mat and a sturdy backing board. Your fine art print can be framed at its original size without the included mat frame by removing the archival adhesive tape to release the art print from the mat.
– 5x7 matted art fits an 8x10 frame
– 8x10 matted art prints fit an 11x14 frame
– 11x14 matted art prints fit a 16x20 frame

16x20 Fine Art Prints do not include a mat frame. They will arrive with a sturdy backing board and clear protective sleeve covering.

ORDERS, RETURNS, SHIPPING 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Art prints, home goods, and mini print collections ship within 2-5 business days of your order date. Posters (16x20”) may ship within 5-10 business days of your order date. When an item is listed as back-ordered on the product page, an estimated shipping time will be listed. All orders are created, processed, and shipped from Dallas, Texas, via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note international shipping carriers have delivery times that cannot be guaranteed at the time you place your order. Currently, due to ongoing global supply chain and shipping issues, some shipping times may take as long as 3-8 weeks beyond what is considered normal, and shipping rates to certain countries have been substantially impacted by increased costs. Some countries have also eliminated certain shipping options, resulting in a significant increase in shipping prices.

Andrea Howey & Co holds within its rights and desire to subsidize a portion of these extreme international shipping rates when possible. If any international order is found to have lower shipping rates than what is posted and charged at the time of your order, Andrea Howey & Co will automatically refund any excess difference to that customer. If you have any questions prior to placing an international order, please email the items you wish to purchase, quantity, and a complete mailing address, email address, and international phone number (required for customs), and a custom shipping price quote can be provided prior to your placing an order.

Andrea Howey & Co is not responsible for any additional customs fees, tariffs, delays in customs processing, or duties incurred on international shipments.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Orders cannot be split to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to have items sent to more than one address, please place separate orders with the items you want to be sent to each location.

GIFT GIVING
Are you sending something directly to someone you love? We would love to include a special hand-written note and a lovely little extra packaging touch. Please include your gift message in the “special instructions for seller” section of the shopping cart. Please take care to ensure the “ship to” address has the correct gift recipient name and mailing address.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final on physical and/or digital goods. No refunds or exchanges of physical goods may be made once your order has shipped (on digital goods, no refunds or exchanges will be made once an order has been placed online).

If the item(s) ordered were damaged in shipping, please contact us in writing via email at orders@andreahowey.com within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly work to resolve the situation for you.

You may be asked to submit a digital photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in (for purposes of shipping insurance claims), along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to the item(s). You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days confirming receipt of your request and replacement(s) will be sent to the original mailing address.

Items missing from your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery via email to orders@andreahowey.com and will be eligible for replacement, exchange, or in the case where the product is no longer available, a refund or shop credit may be issued.

CURRENCY | SALES TAX
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Orders shipped to recipients in Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
