ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Prints, home goods, and greeting cards ship within 2-5 business days of your order date. Posters (16x20”) may ship within 5-10 business days of your order date. Currently, all orders are processed and shipped from Dallas, Texas, via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Please note international orders have delivery times that cannot be guaranteed at the time you place your order. Transit times may vary due to customs.
Andrea Howey & Co is not responsible for any additional customs duties/fees and/or import taxes levied by the destination country, delays in customs processing, or other costs incurred by the destination country.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid before shipment will be released to the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase. Andrea Howey & Co has no control over these charges, nor can we predict or estimate what they may be. Please consult the local import and export laws, fees, and regulations for your country.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Orders cannot be split to ship to multiple addresses. If you would like to have items sent to more than one address, please place separate orders with the items you want to be sent to each location.

Are you sending something directly to someone you love? We would love to include a special hand-written note and a lovely little extra packaging touch. Please include your gift message in the “special instructions for seller” section of the shopping cart. Please take care to ensure the “ship to” address has the correct gift recipient name and mailing address.

All sales are final on physical and/or digital goods. No refunds or exchanges of physical goods may be made once your order has shipped (on digital goods, no refunds or exchanges will be made once an order has been placed online).
If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us in writing via email at orders@andreahowey.com within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly and quickly work to resolve the situation for you.
You may be asked to submit a digital photo of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in (for purposes of shipping insurance claims), along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to the item. You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 business days confirming receipt of your request and a replacement will be sent to the original mailing address.
